What makes your charting unique?

The IntelliChart™ software has one of the easiest user-interfaces available in the forex industry while at the same time offers some of the most advanced functionalities and tools out there. Our software is unique in that it's useful for a newbie, just training on forex or the most advanced trader who's been in the market for 20+ years.

More specifically, features that are unique to the IntelliChart software are:

  • IntelliScript: The Desktop IntelliScript is a programming feature that allows users to draft and create their own Customized Alerts and Indicators. The IntelliScript is close to the C or Pascal language. It is a bit more simplified than a full programming language. The functions and syntax used in the IntelliScript are really a script language and is both powerful and user friendly.
  • MoneyTrek: The MoneyTrek module is a virtual-reality tool for testing and developing trading techniques. It will enables comprehensive backtesting and review to further enhance and improve trading strategies on a whole.
  • Auto Trade Manager: The Automated Trading Manager, or ATM, allows you to execute trades and strategies directly from the charts: Either a Market Order from the Chart, a Direct Market Order on Broker Account, or send the order from an IntelliScript Strategy and or a Server Strategy.

Do you offer trading or broker services?

No, FXtrek is not a broker. We do work with many brokers to offer their feeds and therefore trading directly from the charts to trading platforms. For a list of our business relations please click here to see our Client List.

What languages is your software available?

Fees:

How much does it cost to offer the IntelliChart software to my clients?

There are different routes you can use to offer the chart software, affiliate, reselling, or licensing.
  • Affiliate: There are no fees to come on board as an affiliate. There are also no potions for customization, it a no frills set up, therefore no fees.
  • Reseller: We will build you your own version of the charts, that look and feel like your own, along with and administration website and you will make commissions from each monthly subscription of the charting. There is a one-time set up fee of USD$2000. This covers the costs associated with preparing a website and domain name specific to the reseller, creating a billing infrastructure for the reseller, generating a contract as well as various other set-up tasks. Once a reseller is up and running, there is a reoccurring monthly maintenance fee of $500/month, waived if you have 6 or more paying Desktop subscribers or 13 or more Online subscribers each month. If your total retail subscription dollar amount drops below the $500 mark, then that month you will be billed the $500 monthly maintenance fee. There may be further customization fees depending on your needs.
  • License: For institutions that will be offering bulk access to the chart we offer licensing arrangements, pricing is case by case depending on your needs. Contact us to learn more.

What are the fees for IntelliChart software customization?

Each client will have specific needs, such as customized indicators, signals, layouts and more. Therefore, pricing and fees are on a case-by-case scenario. Contact us to learn more.

What are the fees for datafeed integration?

Datafeed integration fees are case-by case, it really will depend on what other type of business relationship we are building together. In some cases datafeed integration fees are completely waived. Contact us to learn more.
Support:

What kind of support do you offer?

FXtrek employees 24*7, around the clock technical support, with all systems monitored and reviewed to ensure the most reliable services.

For end-users, support is generally handled via email between the hours of 7:00am-10:00pm ET (New York time), Monday through Friday. We recommend emailing any and all questions and requests to:

support@fxtrek.com, our email support has extended hours and is fairly prompt, and truly the fastest way to reach us for help.

Customization and Development:

Do you have an API?

Our API is under development and will be available August 2011.

Do you program in MT4?

We will take any MT4 strategy and recode it to work in IntelliScript in the IntelliCharts. However, we do not program for MT4.

Do your customization services include web design?

Yes, FXtrek has a content web and graphic design team available for website development and hosting.

How long does it take to build a proprietary version of the IntelliChart?

Once all of the graphics are provided by you, it takes 1-2 weeks.

How long does it take to set up a signal service?

This will depend on the complexity of the signals and customization being requested. Customization can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to 3-54 months.

How long does it take to integrate a new datafeed?

Datafeed integration is relatively quick, what takes time is the collecting and housing of historical data. We generally allow 1-2 months for complete datafeed integration.
